Returns

We are obsessed with customer service!  If you are unhappy with your purchase, please give us a call at 972-242-3483.  We will do everything we can to make sure you are taken care of! 

Within 30 days of purchase: You always have the option to return your item for a full refund, no questions asked.

Within 60 days of purchase: You have the option to return your item for a 75% refund.

Within 90 days of purchase: you have the option to retur your item for a 50% refund.

No returns will be accepted after 90 days.

If we sent you the incorrect product for any reason, we will also refund your shipping, or ship the correct item for no charge.  If you simply do not want your item and would like to send the item back, we will issue you a refund (according to the schedule above) for the amount of the item purchased only.
