Replacement Seat Cover FAQ’s
- Do you carry the leather for the rest of the seats in the vehicle?

- How hard are the covers to install?
- Covers are not very difficult to install. You will need to remove the seat from the vehicle. We will be happy to walk you through the process over the phone. If you do not want to do the installation yourself, a reasonable price for an upholstery shop to install would be around $50.
- Is this an OEM part?
- Our replacement leather is an exact clone of the factory original leather. The color match and fit are guaranteed or your money back, no questions asked! 214-710-2565.
- Will it work with heated seats?
- YES! The cover will work with heated seats. NOTE: For Chevrolet year models 1995-1999 the heating element is sewn onto the cover with bright orange thread. You will need to cut the thread and transfer the element to the new cover. For Chevrolet & GMC year models 2000 – 2007 the heading element is built into the foam cushion. Therefore all that needs to be done is simply replace the leather cover.
- Will it work with power seats?
- YES! All covers come with a solid panel on the side. First, un-screw the control panel from the seat frame. Then install the cover on the seat. Feel with your fingers for the hole in the frame where the electric panel goes. With a razor blade, cut a slit smaller than the control panel and then re-install the panel. - Do you carry the leather with the holes (perforated) in the center?

- Do the covers slip on over the original cover, or does this replace the existing cover?
- This is a REPLACEMENT leather cover. It requires you to remove the original leather cover and reinstall the new leather. If you have any further questions about this process, please give us a call or refer to other answers in this section. 214-710-2565
- Are there any special tools required for installation?
- If you have a Ford, there is a special bit required to remove the seats from the vehicle. The bit is called a Torx bit, size T55. This bit can be purchased at any auto parts store. Cost should be approx. $5.
- How can I be sure that I am purchasing the correct color?
- In order to ensure a correct color match, please give us a call with your vehicle’s VIN number. With the VIN number we can look up your vehicles interior color.
Third Row Seat FAQ’s
- If my vehicle has never had a 3rd row seat, can I still install a 3rd row seat?
- YES! If your vehicle didn’t come with a 3rd row seat, it might require purchasing a set of mounting brackets. Please give us a call and we will be happy to help you determine if you need to purchase the mounting brackets. 214-710-2565.
